A: Yes, I've processed orders up to 3500 pieces. Please contact me for details.
Q: Do you offer bulk discounts?
A: Yes, various discounts are being offered from time to time. Feel free to ask what our current offers are.
Q: Do I have to provide the image?
A: Not necessarily. You can send me one or I'm happy to design something for you at no extra cost.
Q: How do you apply the edible prints...do you include instructions?
A: My edible prints can be applied to many things using products like icing, buttercream, chocolate and frosting (among others). Instructions are included with your purchase but feel free to contact me with any additional questions.
Q: How long do your cookies last?
A: My edible image cookies last about 3-4 weeks at room temperature because we heat-seal the bags. I don't recommend putting the cookies in the freezer as condensation will form when you take them out and that will cause the ink to run on the image.
Q: How long do the edible prints last?
A: As long as you keep them in the air-sealed bag they come in and away from light, they can last up to 4 weeks.
Q: How long do your chocolate products last?
A: As long as they're away from light and heat, they can last up to 8 weeks. Don't put them in the refrigerator or freezer.
Q: Can you really do any design?
A: Yes I can! Well, I can't perform miracles and I won't do any designs that promote hate but other than that...yes. I don't think I've ever gotten a request I've had to refuse.
Q: Where are your products made?
A: My products are NOT made in a home kitchen. I built a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen that meets the town of Walpole (MA) building and health department regulations. Feel free to ask any questions you may have. You can see photos of it on my social media.
Q: What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged?
A: Should your order sustain damages caused by the shipping company, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include pictures of the damaged packaging and all damaged product. I will then evaluate the situation and if approved, either offer to remake your order or a refund. Let me know if you have any questions.
