Q: Do you do large orders?
A: Yes, we've processed orders up to 3500 pieces. Please contact us for details.
Q: Do you offer bulk discounts?
A: Yes, various discounts are being offered from time to time. Feel free to ask what our current offers are.
Q: Do I have to provide the image?
A: Not necessarily. You can send us one or we're happy to design something for you. Please see our custom products.
Q: How do you apply the edible prints...do you include instructions?
A: Our edible prints can be applied to many things using products like icing, buttercream, chocolate and frosting (among others). Instructions are included with your purchase but feel free to contact us with any additional questions.
Q: How long do your cookies last?
A: Our cookies last 4+ weeks at room temperature because we heat-seal the bags. I don't recommend putting the cookies in the freezer/fridge as condensation may form when you take them out and that will cause the edible ink to run on the image. However, you can put them in the freezer for up to a year and then take them out of the bag to avoid condensation.
Q: How long do the edible prints last?
A: As long as you keep them in the air-sealed bag they come in and away from light, they can last for over 8 weeks.
Q: Can you really do any design?
A: Yes we can! Well, we can't perform miracles and we won't do any designs that promote hate but other than that...yes.
Q: Where are your products made?
A: We built a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen that meets the town of Walpole (MA) building and health department regulations. Feel free to ask any questions you may have. You can see photos of it on our social media (@merrygosweets).
Q: What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged?
A: Should your order sustain damages caused by the shipping company, please contact us ASAP or within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include pictures of the damaged packaging and all damaged product. We will then evaluate the situation and if approved, either offer to remake your order or a refund. Let us know if you have any questions.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Because our products are custom and food, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is anything wrong with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it and we will do our best to make it right.
