almost open, building my new shop, commercial kitchen, new shop, small bakery -

Hi everyone! I'm very excited because we're at the end of the construction of my new shop and commercial kitchen. Once the contractor finishes his work, I will start on the final touches like paint, furniture, etc. Then I'll go through the inspection process with the health department and hopefully be ready to open the doors soon. I've learned so much throughout this process and if anyone is going through it now and you have any questions, feel free to ask me. We're growing up and moving on! I'm so excited to announce I'm moving my operation to the wonderful town of East Walpole. The build is still under construction but once it's complete, it will be a commercially licensed kitchen just for MGS. Customers will be able to place and pick up their orders here and there's plenty of parking. I will also have holiday and other themed pick up items ready for purchase (no waiting!). Well the supplies are purchased, the teacher letters have been received and the bus schedule is here. After the open house, there will be nothing left before the first day of school. I'm excited for my boys to start a new year and see what milestones they will hit and what accomplishments they will make (and what set backs they might have).
