Hi Kimberly! Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We're thrilled to hear you loved the products and had a great experience with us. Looking forward to serving you again!
Things did not turn out right with my cake topper due to unclear instructions. The cake was picked up chilled, and I was not aware it needed to be at room temperature before applying the topper. As a result, it did not adhere or mold properly and instead looked like sheets of paper. Unfortunately, this made the product unusable and a waste of money. With clearer, more precise directions, I believe the outcome would have been much better.
Hi there, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the issue with your cake topper. Did you try brushing a small amount of water onto the back of the topper as per the included instructions? Please feel free to call us next time with any questions— we're here to help! We hope to improve your experience in the future.

I enthusiastically without reservation recommend MERRYgoSWEETS for event planning. I ordered from Natalie for the first time for a baby shower planned for this month, January 2024, and received the best and most perfect cookies as ordered and ON TIME. The cookies were beautifully designed and in perfect condition upon arrival to my home. I was skeptical only because I had never ordered such an item from a distance before and decided to take a risk. Natalie offered me reassurance and as it turned out she was right and dependable. This is a sure win and a worthwhile business that obviously carries a work ethic that is notable. The cookies at my daughter's baby shower with a hit and all guests were remarking at their adorable-ness!!!! Thank you MERRYgoSWEETS! I will be a loyal customer! FIVE STAR+++ RATING FROM ME!

I ordered cookies as a favor for my daughter's birthday. Online order was extremely easy - I was even able to upload a photo that I wanted to use as a starting point for the design. I heard back the same day to review the mock up if the design. The cookies were absolutely beautiful, and tasted amazing!! My daughter liked them better than her cake! I ordered way too many for the party, but they were gone by the end. Absolutely will order again!!
Hi Sara, we're so happy to hear your daughter loved the cookies and that they were a hit at the party! Thank you for sharing your experience. We look forward to your next order!
I would give 10 stars for MerryGoSweets! I ordered over 100 cookies for my high school reunion using the school logo. Not only did they look fantastic but tasted delicious (both chocolate and original are so yummy!) Everyone loved the cookies! Not only that, but I was confused about pricing when placing my order and the owner Natalie called me to help place the order and make sure I understood everything. She was so nice and helpful. Cookies were ready and waiting for me when I showed up on pick up date. My guests loved them and it was a perfect detail for our event. Please support this woman owned business! Small businesses are the lifeblood of our communities! Natalie and Merry Go Sweets are top notch! Highly highly recommend!
