Shipping and Delivery

Packaging
At Merry Go Sweets, we take every precaution in packaging your order to make sure it arrives in the best condition possible. For standard (non gift box products) we wrap all our sweets in bubble wrap and put those bundles in a brown shipping box. Gift boxes are available upon request and include crinkle grass and bubble wrap pockets.

Turnaround
Merry Go Sweets' standard turnaround time is 3-5 business days plus shipping. Shipping time depends what class you choose and your destination. We prefer UPS ground which usually takes 2-5 business days depending on the destination proximity of Boston. 

Ship Date vs Arrival Date
At checkout, we ask you to choose a ship date, not an arrive by date. The site should give you an estimated shipping time. Keep in mind that our products have a 4+ week shelf life. 
Since we ship our products using third party carriers such as USPS and UPS, we don't have control over them and therefore cannot guarantee particular arrival dates unless you choose overnight shipping or 1-day express. We understand you're most-likely purchasing for an event so we let you choose your ship date according to the destination and your shipping method of choice. Although it is rare, it sometimes happens that the carrier may delay or lose a package. Merry Go Sweets cannot be held responsible for these delays/package loss, but we do everything we can to make the situation right whether it's contacting the carrier, etc. You will receive tracking info close to the ship date but if you have any concerns, please contact us.

Merry Go Sweets works with a local courier service for our local Boston area customers who want this option. Please call for a quote and details.
